CBD and Your Immune System

CBD has been a well talked about in the field of health. Since the decriminalization of industrial hemp and the push for CBD based consumer products, there has been tremendous efforts to research the many cannabinoids that are found in hemp. CBD has been sought after for it's potential health benefits, and recent research has linked it to possibly have anti-inflammatory and a neuroprotectant properties. Past research has been done on CBD's effects on anxiety, insomnia, epilepsy, and pain. New research suggests that there is potential that CBD could be used to kill bacteria, having a similar potency as common antibiotics. Bacteria tends to build resistance to anti-biotocs over time, CBD could be a way to combat that build up of resistance as it may offer naturally occurring anti-microbial properties.
